Chèvre Frais (Balls)

This has been one of the most successful French-style cheeses we make.
Balls, immersed in Canola oil are sold in Glass Jars. These echo the flavours already mentioned or are packed as a mixture. Popular are plain balls packed with sprigs of Lavender – wonderful once infused.
